ASPIRE can equip you with the resources to better strengthen your collaborations with communities.

We know that transforming the geosciences to better integrate work with community will be facilitated by knowledge, connections across practitioners, and hands-on practice. The opportunities here are specifically designed and offered to postdoctoral scholars and assistant professors, alongside those programs described for all scientists.

Immersive Institute

The Immersive Institute is a dedicated space for postdocs to assistant professors in the geosciences who are on a mission to take their community-engaged research practice to a deeper level. We invite participants to invest their time in a week-long facilitated community research and learning experience.

ASPIRE Working Groups
